Institut de Ciències del Mar – CSIC and Fundación Valenciaport organise a training course about the COSMO VIEW tool. COSMO-VIEW is an open-source interactive GUI (Graphical User Interface) tool developed in Python conceived to work with ocean fields. The main objective of the training is to introduce the COSMO VIEW tool to SAR (search and Rescue) operators and managers who are interested in having a free software product.
